The lab uses digital technology extensively, including computer assisted design and manufacturing for appliances, with digital impressions sent in. It also offers three aligning systems: clear aligners, digital bracket indirect bonding, and NiTi springs aligner, alongside services such as further appliances and disposables. NimroDENTAL operates a milling centre that can produce appliances including long term NimrodRetainer, Bruxism splints and sleep appliances, while its 3D printing centre can print models and other parts, including images sent as a CT scan.
